2004 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49

Long Beach, California

$210,000

Priced to Sell - Loads of recent Maintenance/upgrades.

This is a roomy, fast, easy to handle cruising yacht. Philippe Briand designed, very well built, and in great condition she has been well maintained and upgraded with the addition of a roller furling stay sail. The long waterline makes for a good turn of speed on all points of sail. Little Wing is rigged to be easily sailed by one person.

The 49 Sun Odyssey has a large cockpit with twin helm wheels and a center-line table making the cockpit a wonderful area for social gatherings and relaxation. The salon area below has a spacious dinette and the portside galley is very open and well laid out to prepare meals and snacks. The variable layout of the staterooms allows you to have two, three or four staterooms as needed. Little Wing is fully equipped and ready to sail this season. This is a great open water boat that can be used for local cruising or ocean passages.

"Little Wing" has a transferrable wide slip with easy open-water access in Rainbow Harbor, Long Beach.

Accommodations

This is the convertible four stateroom layout that is currently in the four stateroom configuration.  If so desired it can be re-configured into a two or three stateroom vessel.  As configured currently it sleeps eight in staterooms and an additional two in the salon.

Starting forward there are port and starboard cabins with double berths followed by head/showers on both sides.

Next aft is the large salon with a raised U-shaped settee to starboard with a central bench settee.  This can be converted to a double berth if desired. Opposite on port is the galley.

Continuing aft in the salon there is a chart table/navigation station on starboard and an enclosed head on port with access from the salon or aft cabin.

All of the way aft are two double berth cabins with access to the starboard head and another head on port.

The interior is fitted out in varnished teak with synthetic teak and holly flooring.  It features ample storage in drawers, cabinets and lockers and there is 6'6' headroom throughout.

Galley

The Fore-and-aft galley is on the port side of the salon. It has a laminated counter top combining icebox tops with lids, foldaway stove top, and has a double stainless steel sink with removable lids.  The large top loading refrigerator has Frigio 12 volt refrigeration. There is a gimbaled stainless steel Force Ten three burner propane stove with oven.  The galley has ample counter space for meal preparation and copious storage in lockers and drawers.  There is pressure hot and cold water with an engine heat exchange loop on the water heater.
